Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception. We had an issue with our room key card not working and they quickly resolved it. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to Istiklal street and Galata Tower. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many attractions and the metro station. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, upgrading my room and providing recommendations for local restaurants and pubs. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where I was able to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - it's only a few minutes walk from the famous Istiklal street and Galata tower. Moreover, the hotel is close to the "Shishane" metro station, making travel around this city a breeze. The cleanliness of this hotel is commendable, and they have all the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful during our stay.

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel in Istanbul. The location was fantastic, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony. The staff, including Ali and Ersin, were friendly and attentive. Despite a small hiccup with the AC, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a decent variety and satisfied my appetite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
